The Doctoral School takes part in the Employment project in order to better understand the professional insertion of its doctors.
The Employment Project is an annual survey conducted by the company ADOC about the professional career of the doctors. Paris 13 has been part of this survey since 2015. It encompasses several structures of higher education in Île-de-France to gain a broader understanding of the doctors at the regional area. The different higher education structures can get a better view of the panorama and mechanisms of the market and follow their evolutions.
The project has data over several years and follows the evolutions. Thus its members can view the evolution of the situation of the doctors between the year following the viva and upto 3 years and has key indicators about the career of the doctors, including their professional project and their evolution, the added-value of the PhD and the skills acquired during the training as well as the satisfaction of the doctors.
