The doctoral school organises events, symposiums, lectures all year long. These events are part of the professional training of the Phd candidates. They allow a better integration of the candidates and offer a cross-sectional insights on sciences and open to interdisciplinary collaborations.

26th scientific day of the doctoral school – 7th June 2019

The 26 annual day of the doctoral school took place on Friday June 7th 2019 at Bobigny campus.

This scientific day which is open to all PhD students and to their supervisors is an important annual event for the doctoral school as it allows the PhD candidates from different disciplines to discover new topics, to discuss their scientific results and also to share their professional and/or personal experiences during their PhD.

The 2 year students have presented their new findings :

  • a flash 3 min oral presentation aiming to present in a pedagogical and concise way the goal, the specificity and the novelty of the PhD work in regard to the current knowledge in the field
  • a poster which summarises the evolution of their work and presents the results in a more detailed way.

The three best oral presentations are awarded a prize. The three prizes went to :

25th scientific day of the doctoral school – 8th June 2018

Fist edition of the“ A transversal vision of sciences” day organised by Galilée doctoral school at Henri Poincarré Institute

“Sciences, technology and Health” Galilée Doctoral School has organised on May 22nd 2018 the first day “ A transversal vision of sciences”.

The main goal of this lecture is to show the interactions that can arise from several disciplines, to show how sciences can merge and produce new theories and new concepts ; to show how openness can open new horizons.

The doctoral school also takes part in seminars with partnering labs
